-In-stock items are shipped the following business day after your order is placed.
-Local pick-up is available. The location, day/time will be sent in an email after your order is placed.
-All orders are shipped through USPS.

-Once your order ships, please contact the carrier if there are any shipping issues. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Custom Pieces
-To ensure the quality of your custom piece, there is no way to expedite the 3-4 week processing time.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for all custom pieces to be processed. This does not include the shipping time that is chosen at checkout. If there is an item that you would like and it is not apart of a restocked collection, the 3-4 week processing time still applies.
