Q: When will my custom order be completed?

A: All custom items are completed within 3-4 weeks. Please check the POLICIES page for an updated processing time https://blingdbyash.com/pages/custom-pieces 

 

Q: I received my order confirmation but have not received an update, what happens next?

A: After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation or text. Once your custom order is done being completed, a pick-up notification or shipping notification will be sent through email 3-4 weeks after your order is placed or whichever timeframe is stated in the POLICIES tab.

 

Q: Can you provide jewelry with different materials/stone types? 

A: Yes. Please email blingdbyash@gmail.com with your request.
