POLICIES
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
-We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by shipping.
-Please double check that you are selecting the correct necklace size and putting in the correct name when ordering a custom item.
-We are not responsible for broken pieces or any misuse of the jewelry once it has left our possession.
-We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers such as color choice, chain size, misspelled name, etc. However, please make us aware of any mistakes and we will do our best to fix them.
-Please review our jewelry care instructions.
Custom Pieces
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for all custom pieces to be processed. All pieces are hand-made and require time to be made.
-To ensure the quality of your custom piece, there is no way to expedite the processing time.
-The 3-4 week processing time does not include the shipping time that is chosen at checkout. Items that are not customized (ready-to-ship) are shipped out within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.
-ALL custom items follow the 3-4 week processing time. The shipping speed at checkout applies to:
1. on hand items 2. Custom items that have been processed and are ready to be shipped to you.
-To use SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS, choose SHOP PAY as the payment method at checkout
-If a custom item and on-hand item are ordered together, both items will be shipped once the custom item is ready.
-Local pick-up is now available. If your order is not picked up after 1 week once it is ready, your order will need to be shipped.
-Pick-Up orders are usually ready 24 hours after the order has been placed for ready to ship items or custom items that are done processing. Please wait until you receive a ready for pick-up email to pick up.
HOW TO ADD THE NAME/PHOTO OF YOUR CUSTOM PIECE
-If purchasing a custom piece, please include in the notes at the checkout screen the following:
*If you'd like the words/numbers STACKED on top of each other:

*If ROPE CHAIN was selected at checkout, please put in the notes what inch chain you would like (ex: STACKED, 16 INCH ROPE CHAIN)
THE NAME FIELD IS NOW AVAILABLE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. PLEASE TYPE THE NAME OF YOUR JEWELRY PIECE THERE. IF YOU WANT YOUR NECKLACE STACKED, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE AND TYPE THAT IN THE NOTES BOX AT CHECKOUT ^
- If submitting a picture for a custom piece, please ensure that the photo is of high quality. Avoid pictures that are blurry or dark. After you place your order, please email the picture to blingdbyash@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order.
